Any orders not picked up in person have been turned over to the HDS league. Please check with concesions.

NO ORDER FORMS...

Coaches will be provided with Team Photo Gallery Information prior to photo day, parents may register prior to galleries going live. Log-in and ordering information will also be available on site during photo days.

 

PICTURE TIME...

Teams are advised to arrive 20 minutes before scheduled photo time.

 

CHECK IN...

Teams should line up as a group 10-15 minutes before scheduled picture time, weather or not all players have arrived. A NJP coordinator will direct each team to our staging area at the appointed time. Photos will begin with individuals, even if all players have not arrived. If players are missing at the time the team photo is to be taken, you have the option of continuing with photo or rescheduling team photo later in the day.

 

PLAYER AND COACHES ONLY IN PHOTOGRAPHY AREA...

Only coaches and players should enter the photography area. We understand that some younger players may need additional assistance so a "team mom" may be appointed to assist with all of the players. Keeping the area free of distractions allows for an easy, quick and stress free Photo Day. 

 

SHORTEST TO TALLEST...

While in the photography area, it is the coaches' responsibility to keep players in an orderly line. Players should be arranged shortest to tallest.

 

DOUBLE CHECK...

1) Jerseys are straight and neatly tucked.

2) Strings are tucked into pants.

3) Hats and/or hair is in place.

4) Faces are clean.

 

PLEASE NO PARENT PHOTOGRAPHY...

Parents are not permitted to take pictures within the photo area. This distracts the players, slows down the process and potentially reduces the quality of the photographs if players are looking away at parents. Please respect this policy and allow us the opportunity to make the best possible photographs in an undistracted environment.
